Q. Can I place an order by phone?
A. Yes, most people prefer to use the phone.  To place an order by phone simply calls us at Toll Free 1-888-757-3343 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.  You will reach a live operator from 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time; you can leave a message anytime.  It is a good idea to have your credit card on hand before placing the call.

Q. Can I place an order by mail?
A. Yes.  To place an order by mail simply send in your order request, along with a personal or business check to:

Q. Can I place an order by fax?
A. Yes, this is a popular way to reach us anytime that is convenient to for you. Our fax is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.  The Red Rock fax number is 1-602-843-3850.

Shipping Information

Q. Once I place an order, how long does it take before the order is shipped.
A. Orders for stock items (including all products shown on the web site) ship the next  business day. Shipment time for any special order, non-stock, item is provided when the order is placed.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. It usually takes 3-5 business days, depending upon your location.  An estimate of transit time is given to you when the order is placed.

Q. What is the cost to ship my order?
A. For orders totaling $100 or more, Red Rock pays the freight to any destination within the Continental United States.  A flat $6.95 shipping and handling charge applies to orders under under $100 that are shipped within the Continental United States.
Please call for shipping costs and delivery information to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

Q. Do you offer Next-Day or Second Day Express Shipment?
A. Yes. Please contact us for express rates at info@onlinemedicalsupply.com or call 800-960-0305. Free shipping offer does not apply, if shipping using express services.

Q. Will you ship International orders?
A. No. At this time we do not service international orders.
