Equipment Description
Three types of oxygen concentrator systems are available

• Continuous flow portable (which is also pulse flow capable) for both day and night use
• Pulse flow portable when the lightest system is important
• Stationary only when there is always an electrical outlet available

Rental Period 
All systems can be rented by the week or by the month. The minimum rental period is one week. Rental charges begin on the date that is requested for delivery to your door. Rental charges end on the day you call our toll free (888) 757-3343 to confirm that the unit is packed and ready for pick up.

Delivery
We ship via Fed Ex ground in a re-usable container. All freight charges within the continental United States are included in the rental rates.  Allow 10 days for delivery. If order is placed less than 10 days in advance, additional charges for air freight may apply.

Optional Purchase
100 % of first week rental charges, or 50% of all rental charges (whichever is greater) can be applied to the purchase.

Special Notes

• The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has approved use of certain portable oxygen concentrators on board commercial aircraft. Check with your airline for specific approval.
• Federal law (U.S.A.) restricts oxygen devices for human use to sale by or on the order of a physician.  It is the responsibility of the renter/buyer to comply with all applicable laws governing the use of the Eclipse in any given jurisdiction.
• AC power supply cord plug adapters are available at no additional charge for travel outside the USA – Specify the countries you intend to visit when placing your order.
